By accessing and using Riplier's services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Riplier provides a cryptocurrency payment gateway platform that allows:

• Processing payments in multiple cryptocurrencies
• Converting cryptocurrencies to fiat currencies
• Managing transactions through API and dashboard
• Receiving real-time notifications via webhooks

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be located in jurisdictions where our services are prohibited
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. User Account

4.1 Registration

You must create an account to use our services. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 KYC Verification

We may require you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and terrorism financing regulations.

5. Fees and Payments

You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page:

• Transaction fees are charged as a percentage of the processed amount
• Additional fees may apply for premium services
• All fees are non-refundable, except when required by law
• We reserve the right to change our fees with prior notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Money laundering or terrorism financing
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Transmission of malware or malicious code
• Interference with the operation of our services
• Sale of prohibited products or services

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our services, including software, design, content, and trademarks, belong to Riplier or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid in the last 12 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• We detect suspicious or fraudulent activity
• We are required by law or court order
• You fail to pay owed fees

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Brazilian law. The arbitration venue shall be São Paulo, SP.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
